Melissa A. Walker, Ph.D.

I am the current statewide Director of Workforce Solutions at the state of Colorado, bringing over 20 years of experience in Talent Development and Advocacy. As an autistic professional, I leverage my unique perspective to drive meaningful change and inclusivity within the workplace. Many may recognize me from my impactful tenure at Penn State University as a TRIO Director. I have had the honor of presenting to the Office of Personnel Management, the Council of Opportunity in Education, and the Association for Talent Development, sharing insights on fostering diverse talents and creating inclusive environments for all individuals to thrive.
